Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

ADORNED’s default shipping method is the Canada Post Service. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada. Everything on the site is made to order so please allow 2 to 3 business day for us to make your jewels.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated by destination and weight of package. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email confirms that your order has been received and has been sent into production. As soon as your order has finished production, you will receive a second email with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information if you have selected upgraded shipping.

Incorrect/Insufficient Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping/delivery address for his/her order. If the wrong or incomplete delivery address is provided, ADORNED will not refund a customer’s purchase or replace the goods. If your address is insufficient and is returned to sender, you will be charged an additional reshipment cost.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

ADORNED offers free standard shipping within Canada but please note that this does not include tracking. If you choose standard shipping, you risk your package getting lost in transit. If this happens, we cannot issue you a refund or replace your jewelry.

If you have selected tracked shipping and you feel as though your package has been lost, please contact us and we will submit a claim to Canada Post. This ensures that you can receive a full refund or replacement.

Refund Policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Returns and exchange details

We pride ourselves on ensuring all our customers leave with a happy experience with Adorned By Ruth. Therefore, if you received your item and are not ecstatic about it, you have the option of returning or exchanging the item for another! Please read below for our guidelines.

Please note It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs of sending the parcel to us during a return or exchange.


If you're looking to return an item you have purchased from us, we just ask that you handle return shipping and return the item within 30 days from the day your item was delivered. The items must arrive back in the condition it was received. Once we receive the item, we will process the full refund.


We accept exchanges!

If you're not completely happy with your order and are eyeing something else in our shop, let us know! We will help you out with processing the exchange and calculating the difference in price. We just ask our customers to deliver the items back to our shop within 30 days from the day the original item was delivered and handle shipping going and coming back.
