Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Processing times are separate from shipping times. All products are handmade, as a result our processing time is 5 - 7 business days. Our business days do not include weekends, public holidays or personal holidays.

Processing times can and will be extended due to high order volumes and back order inventory. During sales and promotions, please allow for 7-10 business days for processing time. All processing updates will be sent via email.

Shipping Time: Our shipping time will begin once your order is picked up by our local carrier or dropped off at our local carrier. Shipping time will vary based on your selection at check out.

Once your order has shipped out, it is the responsibility of the customer to track and anticipate your order. Please be mindful of delivery using the tracking info provided. We do not respond to emails about tracking numbers/tracking orders. Tracking info can be found in your shipped correspondence. Additionally, you may contact Canada Post with your tracking details for more information.

On our end, we will ensure the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, Made To Sip Drinkware or delivery services, shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. If resend is accepted, a new shipping fee is required for a new label as the one paid for and used will be null and void. 

Although we take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. We are not responsible for missing, lost, or damaged packages/items. We encourage our customers to make a claim with the post office about your insured item. The post office is better equipped to assist you with issues happening on their end. Depending on the findings via the post office, we may be able to assist with your claim personally.

Once the package has been updated as delivered by the shipping carrier, risk of damages to, or loss of the item passes to the recipient. This also includes cases where the carrier can't access the given delivery address due to gates, codes, closed apartment complexes etc. Please check with your local post office for an update on your order. By checking out you agree to these terms.

Made To Sip Drinkware does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the post office carrier. We are not responsible for the options you have in place with your local carriers upon delivery (Such as "Left with a neighbor", etc. ) By checking out you agree to these terms.

Refund Policy

We are happy to provide a store credit for all accepted return products.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, we accept cancellations up to 24 hours after an item has been ordered. Please note that products are made to order. After 24 hours, we may have already started on your product and unfortunately cannot accept cancellations after the 24 hour mark.

Return: Due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted within 3 days of receiving an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags(if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are only applicable for regular priced items. Sales items are not eligible for return. All returns will incur a 15% re-stocking fee of the item's value.
