WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

-Wash inside out, in cold water, on gentle cycle.  Tumble dry low or let air dry

-Do not use Fabric Softeners or Bleach

-Do not dry clean.  Avoid ironing on the design.

-Please note that these shirts are unisex size meaning they are not women’s fitted shirts.  If you’re going for a more fitted look, we suggest to size down

-Lay your favorite shirt at home flat and measure armpit to armpit to compare to the size chart in the photos 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

-All of our shirts are custom printed just for you so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size

-If there are any issues with the shirt, please message us and we will replace it ASAP

Shipping Policy

►Free Shipping: Free domestic shipping in Canada on all orders over $100.

►Production and Shipping: It takes approximately 1-2 weeks to create one of our signs.

►Shipping to Canada: We ship via Canada Post thru Chit Chats express. They pick up our parcels at our office in London, Ontario and drive them to your province where they scan them in for delivery to you. Delivery takes place in 3-14 business days (14 business days for west coast).

►Shipping to the USA: We use a USPS affiliate in Canada called Chit Chats express to ship parcels. They pick up our parcels at our office in London, Ontario and drive them to NY where they scan them in for delivery to you. The entire process takes about 7-10 business days for a parcel to arrive from Canada. You will not see scans on your parcel until it reaches NY. Which is usually in 3-5 business days.

►Shipping Options. I always include tracking so that you can track your own package and know exactly when to expect it.

If you would like to purchase additional tracking or insurance that will be at your own expense. Please let me know prior to purchase and I will add on the additional charges for the cost of insuring your package.

We take great care when packaging your product. Whenever possible we will use recycled packaging materials without compromising the safety of your purchase.

►Local Pickup. We offer contactless porch pickup orders in  London, Ontario and surrounding area.  Option available at checkout.

Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

►Damaged and lost items: Will be replaced or refunded on a case by case basis. An item is considered lost if its delivery has exceeded expected delivery by 10 days.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns: Refunds, will be issued for returned items received back within 30 days of delivery. We do not refund for delivery charges. Custom items are not refundable, you will have the opportunity to sign off on a digital version of your design prior to creation so you can be sure spelling, layout etc. is all to your specifications. We are not responsible for unclaimed shipments. If you do not pick up your delivery or disregard shipment notices we are not responsible and do not issue refunds for unclaimed successful deliveries.

►Custom Order Cancellations: Custom orders which have had the mock up work completed can only be refunded 75% of the purchase price due to work invested by the artist. Custom orders where the sign work has begun cannot be cancelled and refunded.
