Typically all items ship within 2-5 business days. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
Returns, Damaged / Defective Products:
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Dark Horse Handcrafted within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded, also custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
