We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We love our coffees and teas, and we think you will too! Our Urban Calm Commitment guarantees our products for 30 days. If you’ve decided that Urban Calm coffees or teas are just not for you,
we will refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping costs) for any reason
within the first 30 days from the date you receive your original order. This
refund will be processed within 30 days from the time we receive your returned
product.

2) We’ll send you the information you need to process
your return. The charges (excluding shipping) are fully refundable. We really

If Order Arrives Defective or Damaged
We’re sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged and/or defective. We’ll fix it! Take a picture of the package showing the damage and/or defection and email us at hello@urbancalmcoffee.ca. We will send out a replacement for no charge.
Exchanges
If you are not thrilled with your purchase, email hello@urban calmcoffee.ca and let us know the issue and we will mail out a new item of your choice (equal or less value). You will only be charged the shipping cost.
