Fresh Cents Sorry Sauce

Sorry Sauce is Canadian hot sauce with a free apology in every bottle!

Our Barmy Farmer Erik grows hundreds of different varieties of peppers each season at our Garden of Apologies organic pepper farm in Lebanon, Ontario, and we use these to craft new and unusual hot sauce. Most of the other ingredients come from the farms around us for 3 really good reasons:

• The money stays in the local community and isn’t paid out to grocery store shareholders

• The ingredients are just-picked fresh, and unbeatable quality

• No packaging or shipping keeps the carbon footprint down

Sorry Sauce is low sugar and low sodium with all natural ingredients, and we use no colouring, preservatives or thickeners. Our farm and home are mostly off grid, and Sorry Sauce runs as a mostly carbon neutral company so you can delight your taste buds while you’re preserving our future.

Winner of the 2020 Canadian Hot Sauce Award for Best Jalapeno Sauce, Fresh Cents is crafted around a base of lime, coconut water and Canadian mint with red jalapeno, red bell and red Marconi peppers. It’s like a classic verde, but done as a red green sauce.

Ingredients – Jalapeno Peppers, Marconi Peppers, Apple Cider Vinegar, Coconut Water, Limes, Sugars (Organic Cane Sugar), Ginger, Fresh Mint, Sea Salt, Turmeric
