HOW TO EXCHANGE ITEM(S); Item(s) must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION, PROPERLY PACKAGED and shipped back to us within 5 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless we made a mistake with your order, in which case we will cover the shipping cost to have the item(s) shipped back to us. Farmhouse Comfort will arrange for pickup of the item from your home; DO NOT ship it back yourself then ask us to reimburse you; we use a third party agency for shipping; this saves our customers on higher shipping charges.
Please understand that there is no exchange on CUSTOM / PERSONALIZED ITEMS, therefore we encourage you to communicate all your ideas, expectations and DOUBLE CHECK all spelling of names, dates etc. for personalized item(s) before checking out.

Please note that mobile and computer displays may vary; therefore, your item may be slightly lighter or darker than what you see on your screen. As well, due to the nature of wood itself, every piece will have its own variation in grain, knots & live edge. We guarantee that each piece of wood is hand selected by us before making your item. As well, whenever possible, we purchase our wood at a CK local lumber mill (CM Sawmill) Here at Farmhouse Comfort, we pride ourselves in supporting our local, small businesses.
