My art prints are high quality and are professionally printed with archival pigment inks on a heavy weight, acid free paper very similar to watercolour paper.

SHIPPING:

Prints will be packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve with backing cardboard, and shipped to you in a bubble mailer.
Poster prints will be rolled for their safety, and shipped in a sturdy mailer tube.
Canvas Prints will be carefully packaged in a protective plastic sleeve and shipped in a cardboard box.

All prints are packaged with the greatest care and protection so that they arrive to you safely!

Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post and Chit Chats, USA by USPS & International (all include tracking) orders by USPS or Asendia via Chit Chats. Canvas Prints shipped by UPS (no PO Box accepted).

Shipping Policy

Prints are PACKAGED in a sealed clear sleeve with a sturdy cardboard backing. I include a write up about the artist (me) and the art. I love sending gifts! I am happy to include a special note or card with your gift shipment and look forward to creating this little addition with you. Please let me know your ideas. I SHIP prints nationally and internationally. Tracking is not always included on the prints, but can be arranged if you would like (additional shipping costs might apply). ***************************** EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES - I ship from Canada! Shipping times can vary depending on the country it's going to. The following is a guideline to help give you an idea of typical transit times: Canada: 2-10 Business Days USA: 4-10 Business Days All other countries: 4 Business Days - 2 Months IMPORTANT: Please note, these are expected delivery times, and are not guaranteed. Shipping internationally can take a considerable amount of time. The majority of my shipments reach their destination within 1-2 weeks, however, I have had shipments take 6 weeks to arrive. There are a variety of factors that might contribute to delay. I am in Canada and if you are in another country the order might be temporarily held up in customs. Also, delivery times are dependent upon destination (your proximity to an urban centre, border crossings, etc). IF DELIVERY TIMES ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU: Please let me know before placing your order. Giving you the best product I can is important to me. I would like my customers to be happy with their artwork - please CONTACT ME if you have any questions BEFORE making your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order once you receive it, please let me know before leaving feedback so that I have the opportunity to remedy the situation. If you change your mind on a particular print you had decided on, I am happy to exchange it. The print should be returned (sent back) in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me prior to returning. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please understand that there is no refund or exchange on custom work, therefore I encourage you to communicate all your ideas and expectations before I begin a custom piece for you
