My mugs are 15oz, microwave & dishwasher safe (NO VINYL used) and printed on both sides…. we give consideration to left handers!!

Shipping Policy

FARMHOUSE COMFORT IS PLEASED TO OFFER THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING POLICIES.

Shipping (Pricing in CAD)

Canada (EXCLUDING ONTARIO) - Flat rate shipping is $15.00

Ontario - Flat rate shipping is $12.00

United States - Flat rate shipping is $25.00 

FOR ALL SHIPPING; when you order more than one item, there is only a small shipping fee for each additional item ordered, as opposed to the full fee for each item; YOU SAVE ON SHIPPING WHEN YOU ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM!

Products are also available for local pickup - Chatham-Kent (Pain Court) ON

Shipping Guidelines

Typically all items ship within 3-5 business days. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

Shipments typically take 4-10 business days to arrive; if you require faster shipping, I am able to customize your shipping preference to expedite your item(s). This will result in a higher shipping fee.

Please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING your order. If you have supplied me with an incorrect address and your item(s) is/are returned to me, please understand that I will need to re-bill you a second shipping charge to re-ship. If an error has occurred on my behalf, I will cover the costs to re-ship.

Refund Policy

There are no returns / exchanges or refunds on personalized items.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations of personalized items must be made within 5 hours of purchase.

At this time I may already have your design printed and in the process of being made.
