Sarap Sauce is a personal “Love Letter” to The Philippines.
Jon (our Wizard of Heat) set out to create something special to perfectly complement Filipino dishes while adding a little more heat (you know, because that’s what we do).
Flavours of The Philippines are the heart of Sarap Sauce – calamansi, pineapple, and cane vinegar to name a few. Sarap Sauce is a bright and fruity blend that can be diluted with soy sauce (for Pancit), as a marinade (for Adobo), or drizzled atop any Asian-inspired dish.
