Our Smoked Bourbon Chocolate Glaze is made with the finest Kentucky bourbon whisky and 100% pure cacao from Dominica. Our homegrown superhot peppers were smoked in bourbon barrel chips and aged for a minimum of 1 year. The variety of superhot peppers used for this sauce is categorized as chocolate due to their brown colours and sweet flavours. The heat is very high and will make any “pepper head” sweat. The flavour is very rich and perfect for barbecues, meats or marinades.
